Low trekking shoes with a lightweight design, intended for extended wear in the great outdoors. They are ideal for everyday use, short outdoor excursions or hiking. They feature a durable Vibram sole, which offers excellent grip on both dry and wet terrain.

The boots are also fitted with a Hydrotex membrane, which enhances waterproofing and improves ventilation and the wicking away of moisture and heat. The front of the boot features a synthetic Toe Protection Zone, which protects the foot from injury. The multi-layered sole with a pronounced tread pattern provides cushioning and good grip regardless of the terrain. The contoured insole enhances comfort. Inside the shoe is a thin EVA foam insole, which is responsible for shock absorption.

The shoes feature a precise, low-profile lacing system that allows for a precise fit tailored to the wearer’s preferences. Additionally, they are fitted with a practical drawstring with a stopper, enabling quick putting on and taking off of the shoes. A pocket for storing the laces is sewn onto the inside of the tongue. There is a loop on the back of the upper to make putting the shoes on quicker.

The Alpinus Safety reflective elements on the upper improve visibility after dark.

After a month of wearing the shoes, the heel counters wore out. My complaint was rejected due to alleged instability and poor fit, which I find absurd. The shoe fits well on the foot, only the lacing system is unusual and loosens when walking. I rate the sole very highly.

Absolutely rubbish, used daily but after 2 weeks came apart, so stay away from these shoes. Primark shoes are better quality than this... never buy again! Wasting money.

On the third day of use, the connector came off one of the laces, and now it's impossible to tighten the laces, as their ends have sunk into the fastener. A big disappointment for relatively little money, because in other respects the footwear turned out to be very comfortable, but the poor quality hardware completely ruins the impression at its core.

In the second season of use, the mesh by the bend started to wear out, which seems rather short for trekking footwear. Additionally, the plastic elements fastening the laces broke – I had to tie the laces by hand.

The shoes are light, comfortable, and performed well during a short weekend trip to the mountains. The weather, however, was favourable, so I didn’t have the chance to test them in more difficult conditions. After covering about 50 km I didn’t notice any problems.

These shoes are an example that here you only pay for the brand name. They quickly came apart, and the lacing system broke after a few months. I gave them a chance, but they failed the test. Although they cost less than my Salomons, with this brand the price also reflects the solid quality. I have several pairs of Salomons, which maintain a high standard. Here, unfortunately, you only pay for the brand, and the quality does not match the price.

The shoes are really comfortable, practical, and pleasant to wear, but the quick lacing system leaves a lot to be desired. After three months the plastic element holding the lace ends fell off, which made the stopper come off and it can no longer be mounted correctly. The manufacturer should improve this, because this flaw makes the practicality of the lacing system disappear, and the shoes lose their value, which affects my low rating.

The footwear is very light and comfortable – well contoured, does not press or rub the foot. The guard is durable, and the sole provides good grip. The lacing system is convenient, although it takes some getting used to, but it effectively stabilises the foot.

The shoes are very comfortable – right after putting them on, there was no discomfort for the foot. The lacing system allows for quick and easy adjustment, and the sole provides stability on various surfaces. Unfortunately, I had to return them because after just two days of gentle use, the rubber protection on the toes started to come off. I give 3 stars for comfort, lacing and the sole.
