The mat is compact and easy to fit in a backpack. You can sleep on your side on it. I weigh 106 kg, and it also performed well at 0°C. In the attached photo there is also a Helikon Matilda backpack, which I can recommend.

One-person self-inflating mat made of 75D polyester characterized by high durability and resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The use of lightweight and resilient polyurethane foam and high insulation of R-Value 2.9 provides effective protection against the cold and uneven ground.
During unfolding, the foam expands, filling the interior of the mat with air. The risk of air escaping on its own is minimized by a valve with a patented design. Easy transportation is made possible by a compression strap with Velcro and an included carrying case.

It doesn’t self-inflate perfectly, but just a few breaths are enough to inflate it. It’s comfortable, provides good insulation, and is easy to fold and unfold. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very light and comfortable, even when I sleep on my side after thoroughly inflating it. The only downside is the need for a long time pumping so that I can lie comfortably (I weigh 90 kg and sleep on my side).
