WHEY 100 is a protein supplement with a flavor peanut butter containing (WPC) whey protein concentrate, which is a source of complete animal protein, and all essential amino acids, including BCAA and L-glutamic acid.
The supplement helps supplement the daily diet with an important amount of protein for physically active people. The ingredients contained in the formula support the body in building and maintaining muscle mass and in regeneration after exercise. The supplement contains a sweetener.
Recommended daily serving: 3 servings daily - after waking up, up to 1.5 h after training or between meals, before bedtime. 1 serving of the product (30 g = 2 scoops) should be dissolved in 200 ml or milk, using a shaker or blender.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Note: not recommended for use in children, pregnant and lactating women.
