Great protein. I use it in smoothies, it dissolves well and has a pleasant taste. I will definitely come back to it. Unfortunately, the price has gone up, it could have stayed at its former level.

WHEY 100 is a protein supplement with a peanut butter flavor, consisting of whey protein concentrate (WPC), a complete source of animal protein enriched with all essential amino acids like BCAA and L-glutamic acid.
This supplement is designed to enhance the daily diet with vital protein for those who are physically active. The ingredients help in building and maintaining muscle mass and support recovery after workouts. It contains a sweetener.
Recommended daily serving: Consume 3 servings daily—upon waking, up to 1.5 hours post-training or between meals, and before sleeping. Dissolve 1 serving (30 g = 2 scoops) in 200 ml of milk using a shaker or blender.
