Great protein. I use it in smoothies, it dissolves well and has a pleasant taste. I will definitely come back to it. Unfortunately, the price has gone up, it could have stayed at its former level.

WHEY 100 is a protein supplement featuring a cookie flavor, made with whey protein concentrate (WPC), providing a complete animal protein source along with all essential amino acids, including BCAAs and L-glutamic acid.
This supplement aids in enhancing the daily diet by providing a crucial amount of protein for those who are physically active. The components of this product assist in muscle building, maintenance, and recovery post-workout. It contains a sweetener.
Recommended daily serving: 3 portions per day - upon waking, up to 1.5 hours post-training or between meals, and before sleeping. Dissolve 1 serving of the product (30 g = 2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, utilizing a shaker or mixer.
Do not exceed the advised daily consumption. This dietary supplement is not a replacement for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are advisable.
Note: Not advisable for children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women.
