This is one of the best isotonic drinks you can find. Although I'm not a fan of apple flavour, this mint variant from Trec tastes really good to me and I honestly recommend it to everyone. The packaging lasts for a long time.

Isotonic powder drink with lemon flavor. The carbohydrate-electrolyte formula is ideal as a source of hydration. The composition includes magnesium, L-carnitine and taurine, among others, which contribute to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness. Minerals such as sodium, chloride and calcium help maintain electrolyte balance. Thanks to the right mix of ingredients, it is enough to add 40 g of powder to 500 ml of water.

Trec Sport Endurance is a great isotonic drink for runners – you can take it both for training and use it for rehydration after exercise. I recommend it not only for its good ingredients, but also for its very good taste.
