The taste is fine, the product dissolves decently, and especially on hot days, it works better than capsules. It's good support for training. It provides energy not only at the gym but also during outdoor activities.

It tastes quite good, but it's more important that it works effectively. However, remember that creatine, supplements, or nutrition won't produce results without regular workouts, preferably following a well-thought-out and consistently implemented plan.

Creatine has a sweet-bitter-sour taste, in my opinion, easier to take than the pineapple version. It's great that you can find creatine from such a reputable brand as Trec on militaria. I definitely recommend it.
