An underquilt is an absolute must-have for every hammock enthusiast. I chose the Marre 2.0 with warmer days in mind, and it performs excellently in this role. Although it is not a perfect product and a few improvements could be introduced, the quality of workmanship, materials and the product as a whole are at a very high level. In my opinion, if anyone is considering buying a hammock, the underquilt should definitely be included.
Insulating hammock liner made of lightweight and durable polyester. The liner is black on one side and orange on the other. Its insulating filling is Climashield Apex 2.0, which prevents heat loss and retains its heating properties even when wet. The comfort temperature is +7 degrees Celsius, so it is perfect for spring, summer and autumn.
The drawstring system with stoppers allows you to easily and quickly attach the liner to any hammock. It can also be used as a sleeping bag, quilt or an additional layer of insulation from the ground.
The entire packed product fits into the carrying bag included in the kit.

The underquilt is an essential element when sleeping in a hammock. A sleeping mat can move around, whereas an underquilt stays in place and effectively insulates against the cold. Its advantages include being lightweight, the option to compress it into the included bag, and the camouflage colours. The set also includes guylines. I recommend this product.

The TigerWood Underquilt Marra hammock underquilt is a lightweight and effective insulating layer fitted underneath the hammock, ensuring the right temperature even during cooler nights. Made from water-resistant and durable materials, it’s easy to install and adjust. It fits the hammock very well, retains heat well and reduces draughts. This is an excellent choice for people who often sleep outdoors and appreciate a warm and comfortable rest.

It seems durable. It goes well with the hammock and the mounting system is also fine. I bought it as an addition to the travel set from this company. From my side I can recommend it.
-
The underquilt performs its function perfectly. I expected it to be smaller, but it compresses really well. I use it all year round. While my friend, who doesn’t want to invest in underquilts, complains about discomfort and occasionally gets cold, I don’t have this problem – even when I slept in a hammock at 2 degrees. Additionally, you can place a foam mat or self-inflating mat between the hammock and the underquilt, which isn’t possible if you only have a hammock.
-
The underquilt fulfils its function, the workmanship is of a good standard, but the lack of instructions and the straps in the transport bag being too short made me take off one star.
-
The underquilt has been well sewn and well protected for transport. When camping in spring and summer, it will surely provide warmth. I haven't had the chance to test it in lower temperatures yet.
-
The underquilt has been made with great attention to detail and significantly improves sleeping comfort in the hammock. A big advantage is the elastic cords, which make it easy to use – there is no need to readjust after entering or exiting the hammock, as is the case with traditional strings. I highly recommend it.
-
The underquilt is really great and effectively provides warmth. The quality of workmanship is very good. The tensioning elastics, which make using the underquilt easier, are a plus. I recommend this product.

The underquilt fulfils its function well, but a few improvements could positively impact comfort. First of all, it would be better to use elastic bands instead of regular strings – then, when entering the hammock, they would stretch automatically without the need to later adjust stoppers (which can be inconvenient, especially if the hammock opens from only one side). Buckles or carabiners to make installation easier would also be useful. As for thermal comfort – I slept in temperatures below 5°C and did not feel cold, so in that regard it is very good.

This underquilt is excellent – my sleeping comfort has doubled. I definitely recommend it; it is especially worth having for colder nights.
