The weighted vest costs quite a lot, but its quality is excellent. I had a chance to test it with a friend who is a soldier and it really demonstrates an outstanding level of workmanship. If you buy it, it will last a very long time – definitely worth it.

A weight vest designed for CrossFit training. Flexible and comfortable to use. Easily and effectively allows you to intensify your exercises. Numerous Velcro velcro panels, allow you to attach any patches or emblems to the vest, such as the national flag or so-called Morale Patches.
The model is made of dirt-resistant ballistic nylon with an Oxford 600D weave. A rubberized pocket was added to the front, where you can store your phone, wallet, keys or other small items. Inside the vest are 10 soft 3D panels, which are lined with micro mesh. The panels create ventilation tunnels that fit the body, reducing the risk of overheating the skin during intense training.
The use of the vest makes it possible to gradually increase endurance during functional training and the MURPH WOD in the men's category. The weight of the vest itself is 1.5 kg. In addition, the set includes two plates weighing 3.9 kg each. The maximum additional load you get when you put the vest on can therefore be 9.3 kg (20 lb).
The weight plates are inserted into pockets located on the front and back panels of the vest. Both pockets are equipped with fixings (tapes and Velcro) that prevent the inserts from slipping out during exercise.
The vest offers a good body fit and a wide range of movement. It is equipped with an adjustable Velcro strap. As a result, it will fit most people. Evenly distributed weight and padding on the shoulders, back and chest make the vest not only functional, but also comfortable to wear.

The vest fits the body very well, providing comfort and safety even during intense exercises, such as running. Thanks to the MOLLE system and Velcro panels, it can be freely customised – for example, I added a front pocket, which allows me to take my phone or keys with me during training. The load provides stability and increases the effectiveness of exercises. Even during fast running or prolonged movement, the vest does not shift position and does not cause skin chafing. A major downside is the lack of instructions in the set. People familiar with tactical gear will manage without them, but for beginners, it might be an issue – it took me a while to figure out by myself how to correctly put the vest on and attach the weight. Some advice on how to select the weight, how to care for the vest, and example exercises using it would also be helpful.
