Constructed from dirt-resistant ballistic nylon with a 600D Oxford weave, the vest features a rubberized pocket on the front to store phones, wallets, keys, or other small items. Inside, it contains 10 soft 3D panels lined with micro mesh, forming ventilation channels that conform to the body, which helps minimize the risk of overheating during intense sessions.
Wearing the vest facilitates the gradual building of endurance during functional training and the MURPH WOD in the men's category. The vest itself has a weight of 1.5 kg. Additionally, the set includes two 3.9 kg plates. The maximum extra weight achievable when wearing the vest is thus 9.3 kg (20 lb).
Weight plates fit into pockets positioned on the vest's front and rear panels. Each pocket is furnished with fastenings (straps and Velcro) that secure the inserts, preventing them from slipping out during workouts.

The vest fits the body perfectly, providing comfort and safety even during intense workouts like running. Thanks to the molle system and Velcro panels, it can be freely adjusted – for example, I added a front pocket, which allows me to carry a phone or keys during training. The added weight gives stability and increases the effectiveness of the exercises. Even during fast runs or prolonged movement, the vest stays in place and doesn't cause skin chafing. A major downside is the lack of instructions in the set. People familiar with tactical equipment will manage without it, but for beginners this might be an issue – it took me a while to figure out how to properly put on the vest and mount the weights on my own. It would also be useful to include advice on how to choose the right weight, how to care for the vest, and sample exercises using it.
