The weighted vest is quite expensive, but its quality is excellent. I had the opportunity to try it out with a soldier friend and it truly shows an outstanding level of craftsmanship. If you buy it, it will serve you for a very long time – it's definitely worth it.

A weight vest designed for CrossFit training. Flexible and comfortable to use. Easily and effectively allows you to intensify your exercises. Numerous Velcro velcro panels, allow you to attach any patches or emblems to the vest, such as the national flag or so-called Morale Patches.
The model is made of dirt-resistant ballistic nylon with an Oxford 600D weave. A rubberized pocket was added to the front, where you can store your phone, wallet, keys or other small items. Inside the vest are 10 soft 3D panels, which are lined with micro mesh. The panels create ventilation tunnels that fit the body, reducing the risk of overheating the skin during intense training.
The use of the vest makes it possible to gradually increase endurance during functional training and the MURPH WOD in the men's category. The weight of the vest itself is 1.5 kg. In addition, the set includes two plates weighing 3.9 kg each. The maximum additional load you get when you put the vest on can therefore be 9.3 kg (20 lb).
The weight plates are inserted into pockets located on the front and back panels of the vest. Both pockets are equipped with fixings (tapes and Velcro) that prevent the inserts from slipping out during exercise.
The vest offers a good body fit and a wide range of movement. It is equipped with an adjustable Velcro strap. As a result, it will fit most people. Evenly distributed weight and padding on the shoulders, back and chest make the vest not only functional, but also comfortable to wear.

The vest fits the body perfectly, providing comfort and safety even during intense workouts like running. Thanks to the molle system and Velcro panels, it can be freely adjusted – for example, I added a front pocket, which allows me to carry a phone or keys during training. The added weight gives stability and increases the effectiveness of the exercises. Even during fast runs or prolonged movement, the vest stays in place and doesn't cause skin chafing. A major downside is the lack of instructions in the set. People familiar with tactical equipment will manage without it, but for beginners this might be an issue – it took me a while to figure out how to properly put on the vest and mount the weights on my own. It would also be useful to include advice on how to choose the right weight, how to care for the vest, and sample exercises using it.
