The 3.6-meter long nylon rope is enclosed in a protective cover to prevent abrasion. The model has an adjustable cord length, which allows you to adjust the skipping rope to individual preferences. The extended handles provide a stable grip during training and prevent the skipping rope from slipping from the hand. The handles are finished with caps, which further stiffen the whole structure.
The kit includes a bag for easy storage and transportation of the skipping rope and a small screwdriver for adjusting the tightness of the fasteners.

Brilliant skipping rope. It spins very quickly. It has bearings, joints, a strong steel cable with insulation and long handles. The cable is thin, doesn't catch on shoes, but has the right weight and stiffness to rotate well. There is excess cable, so everyone can adjust the length to suit themselves. Note – the cable is really very durable, even my Leatherman multitool couldn't manage it and I had to use a proper pair of granddad's pliers.
