Awesome skipping rope. It spins very fast. It has bearings, joints, a solid steel cable with insulation, and long handles. The cable is thin, doesn't snag on shoes, but has the right weight and stiffness to turn well. The cable is longer than needed, so everyone can adjust the length to their needs. Note - the cable is really very durable, even my Leatherman multitool couldn't cut it and I had to use my grandpa's heavy-duty pliers.
