Universal 5-liter side pocket for backpacks, closes with a two-way zipper. Made of abrasion- and tear-resistant 700D Cordura. Compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system, so you can attach it to a variety of backpacks.

Elastic webbing and polymer D-ring allow you to arrange the contents in an organized manner.

The pocket has been equipped with MOLLE/PALS system straps allowing expansion with additional pockets or pouches and an outlet for a radio antenna. A Velcro panel (velcro) on the front allows you to attach various types of patches or emblems.

    I bought this pocket for the Tasmanian Tiger Modular Trooper 55 l backpack. It is medium sized and, like all TT products, very well made, although this does add some extra weight. It's worth noting that when you attach a side pocket like the Tiger Tac Pouch 8 SP to this backpack, you lose the ability to conveniently store a water bottle or other items that require quick access. I have no problem fitting a large thermos, combat shirt, tarp, or a hatchet in it. I think the price was attractive compared to the build quality, but today I would choose larger side pockets to have more free space in the main compartment for larger equipment and food.
