I bought this pocket for the Tasmanian Tiger Modular Trooper 55L backpack. It has a medium size and, like all TT products, is very well made, although this results in a heavier weight. It's worth noting that when installing the Tiger Tac Pouch 8 SP side pocket on this backpack, we lose the ability to conveniently store a water bottle or other items that require quick access. I have no problem fitting a large thermos, combat shirt, tarp, or hatchet in it. I think the price was attractive compared to the build quality, but today I would choose larger side pockets to have more free space in the main compartment for larger gear and food.
