Great pouch for a first aid kit. For me, the size is perfect. The material seems durable and resistant to damage. The zips operate smoothly, and everything I needed fit inside. I definitely recommend it.
Compact first aid kit made from durable 500D Cordura. It features a two-way zip, allowing it to be opened all the way down for quick access to the contents. Its buckle strap design is versatile, enabling use as both a first aid kit and an EDC pouch.
The organisation of the equipment is aided by elastic straps and a flat mesh pocket. The velcro panel on the back wall allows for the first aid kit to be quickly "torn" off a backpack or accoutrement without needing to remove it.
The front panel has a small, flat pocket closed with velcro and a velcro panel for attaching patches and emblems.
It is compatible with the MOLLE mounting system, which allows it to be attached to various types of vests, belts, and backpacks.

MultiCam Camouflage
MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern created in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision together with the US Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior program. Its task was to develop a universal camouflage pattern suitable for diverse terrains and variable conditions. The MultiCam pattern contains seven colours, creating seamless transitions between greens, browns, and beiges. This allows it to adapt to surroundings, turning green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - particularly effective in autumn and among dry vegetation in Central and Eastern Europe. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by various armed forces and special units. In 2010, this pattern was officially adopted by the US Army as camouflage for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). It is also available to civilians, making it a popular choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

A great first aid kit, not too big, perfect for wearing on a belt, but still very spacious and can hold everything you need for first aid. Solid craftsmanship and a very aesthetic appearance. I definitely recommend it.
-
Everything is fine, although in my opinion the molle mounting is too weak, because when I try to detach the kit from the Velcro, the molle comes undone, which can be annoying. However, when running or jumping, the first aid kit does not come off by itself. There are lots of straps, but some things move around in mine, so two more straps for securing equipment would be useful. Despite this, everything fits.
-
A spacious and nice first aid kit, but the Molle mounting system could be better, as it disconnects easily. I recommend securing it with an additional strap with a buckle for extra safety.
-
Very comfortable to wear on a belt. Overall, I am satisfied and recommend this first aid kit.
-
A handy first aid kit with compartments, solidly made.
-
Practical, solid stitching, and the velcro also does its job.
-
Compact IFAK first aid kit, surprisingly spacious – it really fits a lot of equipment.
-
A solid, larger first aid kit, easily fits an IFAK. However, I have two comments: there is no convenient place for a tourniquet (on the outside) and there is no drainage hole.
-
A very good and spacious first aid kit.
