Great pouch for a first aid kit. For me, the size is perfect. The material seems durable and resistant to damage. The zippers work smoothly, and everything I needed fit inside. Definitely recommend.
Compact rip-off first aid kit crafted from robust 500D Cordura. It features a dual-direction zipper that opens all the way to the base, enabling swift and easy access to the kit's contents. This versatile design, secured with a buckle strap, allows the tray to function both as a first aid kit and an EDC pouch.
Elastic straps and a flat mesh pocket assist in organizing equipment. On the back, a Velcro panel permits the kit to be swiftly "ripped" away from a backpack or gear pack without needing removal.
A small, flat pocket on the front of the first aid kit is secured with Velcro, along with a little Velcro panel designed for attaching patches and emblems.
The first aid kit is compatible with the MOLLE mounting system, allowing attachment to vests, belts, and backpacks.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is an advanced camouflage design created in 2002 by the US company Crye Precision, in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to develop a versatile camouflage pattern that remains effective across different terrains and shifting environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern incorporates seven colors, forming seamless transitions between greens, browns, and beiges. Consequently, it adjusts dynamically to surroundings, reflecting green hues in forested regions and brown or beige tones in desert landscapes. In Central and Eastern European settings, it is particularly effective during autumn and in areas with dry vegetation. MultiCam has achieved global recognition and is utilized by various armed forces and special units. In 2010, the US Army officially adopted it for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also accessible to civilian users, making it a favored option among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

Great first aid kit, not big, perfect for wearing on a belt, yet very spacious and can fit everything you need for first aid. Solid workmanship and very aesthetic appearance. I definitely recommend it.

Everything is fine, although in my opinion the molle attachment is too weak, because when I try to detach the kit from the Velcro, the molle comes undone, which can be annoying. However, while running or jumping, the kit doesn't come off by itself. There are many straps, but some things move around, so two additional straps to secure the equipment would be useful. Despite that, everything fits.

A spacious and nice first aid kit, but the Molle mounting system could be better—it comes undone easily. I recommend attaching everything with an additional strap and buckle for greater security.
-
Very comfortable to wear on a belt. Overall, I'm satisfied and I recommend this first aid kit.
-
A handy first aid kit with compartments, solid workmanship quality.
-
Practical, solid stitching, and the Velcro also does its job.
-
Compact IFAK first aid kit, surprisingly spacious – it fits a lot of equipment.
-
A solid, larger first aid kit that easily fits an IFAK. However, I have two comments: it lacks a convenient place for a tourniquet (on the outside) and a drainage hole.
-
A very good and spacious first aid kit.
