The knife is excellent in terms of steel, craftsmanship, and packaging – perfect as a gift. The blade is very sharp straight out of the box – you could shave with it, and it cuts through food with no trouble at all. The ergonomics are also at a very high level.

Functional kitchen knife with Full-Tang design (the shank of the blade goes through the entire handle) dedicated to slicing, chopping and portioning. The knife will be perfect for both professional use and home kitchen.
The blade is made of 45 layers of steel based on a core of AUS-10, resulting ina distinctive damascus steel pattern. The 1.9 mm thick blade is hand sharpened on each side.
The ergonomically contoured handle is made of G10 glass-epoxy laminate with a non-slip texture, which provides a secure and stable grip even when hands are wet or covered with grease. Also noteworthy is the handle's aesthetically pleasing finish in the form of three brass strips on both sides of the facings.
The balanced design guarantees stability during use. The knife has excellent cutting properties, and the steel holds sharpness for a long time and sharpens easily.
The knife comes with a scabbard, cloth and instruction manual, all packed in a box.
