Functional kitchen knife with a Full-Tang design (the blade's shank runs the length of the handle) designed for slicing, chopping, and portioning. Ideal for both professional chefs and home cooks.
The blade consists of 45 layers of steel centered around an AUS-10 core, creating a distinctive Damascus steel pattern. The 1.9 mm thick blade is hand-sharpened on each side.
The ergonomically designed handle is crafted from G10 glass-epoxy laminate with a non-slip texture, ensuring a secure and stable grip even with wet or greasy hands. The handle's aesthetic appeal is enhanced by three brass strips on both sides of the facings.
The balanced design ensures stability during use. The knife exhibits excellent cutting properties, with steel that maintains sharpness for extended periods and is easy to sharpen.
The knife arrives with a scabbard, cloth, and instruction manual, all neatly packed in a box.
