A robust kitchen knife featuring a Full-Tang design (where the blade's shank runs entirely through the handle) is crafted for peeling, slicing, and shredding small fruits and vegetables. This knife is ideal for both professional chefs and home cooks.
The blade is forged from 45 layers of steel centered around an AUS-10 core, creating a distinctive Damascus steel pattern. This composition also makes the blade exceptionally durable and resistant to corrosion.
The blade flows seamlessly into the ergonomically designed handle, made of G10 glass-epoxy laminate, which has a non-slip texture providing a secure grip even with wet or greasy hands. Notable is the handle's visually appealing finish, featuring three brass strips on each side.
The knife's balanced design offers stability while in use. It boasts excellent cutting capabilities, with the steel maintaining sharpness for an extended period and being easy to sharpen.
This knife includes a scabbard, a cloth, and an instruction manual, all neatly packed in a box.
