Mechanix Wear Original Gloves - Blue

These robust, multipurpose gloves are crafted to deliver essential mechanical protection. Their ergonomic fit ensures full control over grip, enabling precise handling without any limitations. Perfect for law enforcement officers, military personnel, shooting sports fans, as well as for survival adventures, automotive workshop tasks, DIY projects, and ASG activities.

Breathable TrekDry material with touchscreen compatibility

The top part of the gloves is made from lightweight, breathable Form-fitting TrekDry fabric, which helps reduce hand sweat. The palm area features durable synthetic leather that provides a reliable grip and excellent tactile sensitivity, allowing touchscreen use without removing the gloves. The thumb and index finger are reinforced with an extra layer of material for enhanced durability.

Strong, adjustable clasp made of TPR

The cuff is secured with a TPR strap (Thermoplastic Rubber, meeting EN 13594 standards), fastened with Velcro to ensure a secure fit.

ANSI/ISEA 105-3XX and EN388-2121X standards

The gloves meet the American protective standard ANSI/ISEA 105 at level 3XX in terms of cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance, which means:

  • 3: abrasion resistance (scale from 1 to 6)
  • X: cut resistance (scale from A1 to A9)
  • X: puncture resistance (scale from 0 to 5)

The gloves also meet the EN388 protective standard at level 2121X in terms of mechanical resistance, which means:

  • 2: abrasion resistance (scale 0–4)
  • 1: cut resistance (scale 0–5)
  • 2: tear resistance (scale 0–4)
  • 1: puncture resistance (scale 0–4)
  • X: cut resistance – TDM test (ISO 13997) (scale A–F)

In the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard, abrasion resistance is rated on a scale from 1 to 6 and refers to the number of cycles a material can withstand before wearing out. Cut resistance is classified on a scale from A1 to A9 (from the lowest to the highest level of protection). Puncture resistance is rated on a scale from 0 to 5 and indicates the force required to pierce the glove’s surface with a sharp probe (not applicable to needle punctures).

The scales used in the EN388 standard define glove protection levels: a value of 0 means no protection, while the highest values (4, 5) indicate the maximum level of resistance.

In the TDM method (ISO 13997), letter markings are used, where A indicates the lowest protection and F the highest.

The letter X indicates that the parameter was not tested or is not applicable.

Mechanix classics, worn by soldiers, shooters, and anyone who needs reliable gloves without unnecessary bells and whistles. I got the MultiCam Black version – they look very "tactical" and dirt doesn't show up on them. The fit is spot on: they sit snugly but don’t squeeze, and finger sensitivity is excellent. I work with gear, carbines, knives, and even my smartphone – the touchscreen responds without any issues. The palm material is durable synthetic leather, which provides a good grip and wears down slowly. The TrekDry upper part really "breathes", so hands don't get sweaty even during active work. These are perfect for warm weather. The velcro cuff is secure, and the glove stays in place. I use them for shooting, working in the garage, hiking, and everyday EDC – they're universal for all life situations. They offer protection against minor bumps and scratches, but these aren’t armoured gloves – for heavy-duty jobs, it's better to get the M-Pact model. After a few months of use, the seams are intact, the shape hasn’t changed, and you can wash them without issues. Cons: – Not for freezing temperatures – Minimal protection against strong impacts – Don’t dry instantly if they get wet Pros: ✔ Very comfortable and lightweight ✔ Excellent finger sensitivity ✔ Durable palm ✔ Breathable ✔ Look top-notch Conclusion: If you need versatile tactical gloves for everyday use, this is one of the best options for the price.

The gloves are very comfortable, fit the hands perfectly and provide a strong grip. They are made of durable material and stand out for their very good quality. They are ideal for work or outdoor use – your hands are well protected, while you can still move freely and precisely. I highly recommend them.

They are neither exceptional nor bad – rather average, and more suitable for warmer days. I felt as if the designer has a shorter index finger than I do, but a longer little finger. When choosing between two sizes, I went for the smaller one and that was the right choice. On the plus side, they grip well while walking the dog, and the lining appears to be resistant to wear. The grip is typically 'Japanese' – you won't be fixing watches in them, but they're not completely insensitive either. I would have preferred them to be a bit longer at the wrist. Next time, I will probably go for a different model or manufacturer.

The gloves are solidly made and of high quality. They are perfect for lighter tasks and also on the shooting range. I chose the size according to the size chart and they fit just right. I bought them on sale and I am very satisfied with them – they provide good finger sensitivity.

The gloves are well made and work well with touchscreens. Unfortunately, they seem quite roomy, because even in size XS I feel some looseness. It's worth trying them on before buying!

These tactical gloves are probably among the best in their class. They are very durable and well made. I definitely recommend them to everyone, especially for shooting – they fit perfectly on the hands and don't slip off. The only complaint is that I received a different colour than I ordered, but other than that, everything is fine.

I keep coming back to Mechanix gloves, even after trying other brands. They work great for work, the shooting range, and the workshop. The affordable price is a big plus for me. The sizes are well fitted. I definitely recommend them.

Decent, basic gloves. This is not the highest model from Mechanix, but they work well. They are lightweight, comfortable and allow for precise work where sensitivity matters.

I wear them as work gloves every day – for tools, small tasks, sometimes at the shooting range. What I like most is that they have a normal "finger feel": you can pick up something small, tighten something, unlock your phone – and not have to take the gloves off every 5 minutes. They fit snugly but are not tight, hand movement is free. The cons are simple: these are not gloves for tough protection, the knuckles are not covered like in the M-Pact, so if you often hit metal or carry heavy things, it's better to choose something with a reinforced upper. And also, if you get the wrong size, they will either chafe or "float", so size is crucial here. Overall, a very decent base: light, comfortable, and truly universal.

As usual, Mechanix delivers top quality. The gloves are very comfortable, fit the hands brilliantly and grip surfaces well. The solid workmanship makes them perfect both at the shooting range and when working outdoors. I definitely recommend them.

I bought Mechanix Wear Original Coyote gloves, expecting the proven quality of a classic, but I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. At first, they are comfortable and fit well, but after longer use, some flaws started to appear. In particular, the durability isn't what I expected, although it's not the worst.

Purchasing Mechanix Wear Original gloves in wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage turned out to be one of the best decisions regarding my tactical and outdoor equipment. From the very beginning, I noticed that the gloves fit my hands perfectly and do not restrict movement, even during prolonged wear or outdoor activity. The TrekDry® material provides proper ventilation, so my hands stay dry even during intense effort, and the synthetic leather guarantees a secure grip on tools and equipment.

The Mechanix gloves are very well made. Size L is perfect; they are neither too large nor too small. They fit the hand excellently. The hand doesn’t sweat even after wearing them for a long time. Handling weapons and switches is seamless. I can definitely recommend them.

Great gloves, this is already my next pair from this company. Well made, they fit the hand perfectly. I use them both daily and during trips to the forest or to work. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
