Mechanix Wear ColdWork Canvas Utility Tactical Gloves Black

Winter tactical gloves ColdWork Canvas Utility from Mechanix Wear made using modern Durahide technology. Effectively protect against freezing temperatures while protecting hands from abrasions and cuts.

Insulation 100g 3M Thinsulate combined with soft lining Sherpa traps warm air inside the gloves and wicks away the resulting moisture. This provides adequate thermal comfort in harsh weather conditions.

The outside of the gloves is made of durable canvas coated with C6 hydrophobic coating. This makes the fabric repellent to moisture and oil-resistant. The ankles are protected from injury by a 3 mm thick EVA foam filling.

The inner (grip) side is water- and abrasion-resistant leather manufactured using Durahide technology. To increase the durability of the gloves, the manufacturer used the Gunn Cut Finger design, which repositions sensitive seams.

The gloves are equipped with comfortable cuff with fabric welt, with which the gloves can be properly adjusted to the wrists. The cuff has also been lengthened, which contributes to better protection against the intrusion of cold air into the gloves. 

The gloves meet the protective standard EN388-2223X in terms of resistance to mechanical actions which means:
- 2: abrasion resistance (on a scale of 0-4),
- 2: resistance to cutting (on a scale of 0-5),
- 2: resistance to tearing (on a scale of 0-4),
- 3: puncture resistance (on a scale of 0-4).

Cold protection is in accordance with EN511 level 23X.
