Wholesome meal ready to eat after heating. Beef shoulder slow-braised, immersed in a velvety cream and mushroom sauce, vacuum-packed in a waterproof pouch made of welded film.

The meal has undergone a vacuum drying and sterilisation process. As a result, it retains its natural taste and nutritional value and even after a longer time remains as if freshly prepared. This method also shortens the meal preparation time. Food developed in this way constitutes a wholesome, full-calorie meal, complete in every respect, meeting the high demands placed during extreme sports such as climbing, high-mountain tourism, sailing, and qualified tourism in summer and winter.
