An administrative panel measuring 27 x 17 cm is made of durable and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura. It is compatible with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system, which allows it to be mounted on a tactical vest, belt or backpack.

The panel features one large pocket opening with a two-way zipper. The interior is lined with soft Velcro allowing expansion with additional organizers. When the panel is opened, the cables support the walls at a 90 st angle.

Sewn onto the front of the pocket are two vertical strips that form loops and a large velcro panel with a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system. It can be attached to, for example, patches Morale Patch or to attach additional equipment.

The name MM-14 is an abbreviation of маскувальний малюнок (maskuval'nyy malyunok = camouflage pattern) and the year 2014, when this camouflage was officially approved. The pattern references the American UCP camouflage, but shades matched to the colors naturally occurring in Ukraine were chosen. The introduction of the MM-14 camouflage pattern was an important element of the reform of the Ukrainian army aimed at breaking away from post-Soviet identification. Unofficially, the MM14 camouflage also goes by the names Ukrainian Pixel Camo and Ukrainian Digital Camo.
