The 27 x 17 cm administrative panel is made of durable and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura. It integrates seamlessly with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system, allowing for attachment to a tactical vest, belt, or backpack.

The panel has one roomy pocket accessed through a two-way zipper. Inside, it's lined with soft Velcro to accommodate extra organizers. Upon opening, the cables hold the sides at a 90-degree angle.

Two vertical loop-forming strips are stitched onto the pocket's front, along with a large Velcro panel featuring a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system. It is designed for attaching patches like the Morale Patch or additional gear.

MM-14 is an abbreviation for маскувальний малюнок (maskuval'nyy malyunok = camouflage pattern) and 2014, marking the year this camouflage was officially adopted. The design was inspired by the American UCP camouflage, but incorporates shades aligned with the natural hues found in Ukraine. Implementing the MM-14 camouflage pattern was a significant part of the Ukrainian army's reform, distancing from post-Soviet identifiers. Unofficially, MM14 is also referred to as Ukrainian Pixel Camo and Ukrainian Digital Camo.
