A 14-day set of freeze-dried food for one person, including main courses, soups, breakfasts and fruit snacks. The set contains healthy and natural meals packed with nutrients that can be prepared quickly and easily, with no cooking required. The whole set fits into two compact and lightweight containers with carrying handles.

Freeze-drying is a process of removing water from food products under vacuum at low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to the production technology used, freeze-dried food provides a wholesome and high-calorie meal that meets the demanding requirements of extreme sports such as climbing, high-altitude mountaineering, sailing, and both summer and winter mountaineering. It is used by polar explorers, travellers and competitive athletes during various expeditions or camps.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once the sachet is opened, the product should be consumed immediately. The meal is suitable for consumption straight from the packet. To rehydrate the food, add its contents to boiled water, stir and leave covered. After a few minutes, the dish is ready to eat.
