Fourteen-day freeze-dried food set for one person, containing main courses, soups, breakfasts, and fruit snacks. The package includes healthy and natural meals full of nutrients that can be prepared easily and quickly, without the need for cooking. Everything fits in two compact and lightweight containers with a carrying handle.

Freeze-drying is a vacuum process of removing water from food products at low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to the technology used in production, freeze-dried food represents a wholesome and caloric meal, meeting the high demands of extreme sports, such as climbing, high-altitude hiking, sailing, both summer and winter qualified tourism. It is utilized by polar explorers, travelers, professional athletes during various expeditions or camps.

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, the product should be consumed immediately. The meal can be eaten directly from the package. To rehydrate the food, add its contents to boiled water, stir and cover. After a few minutes, the dish is ready to eat.
