The green emergency radio is a compact device designed for critical situations, combining a FM/AM/SW/WB radio, LED torch, power bank and Bluetooth 5.0. It is equipped with a 4000 mAh battery and features both a solar panel and a hand crank (dynamo), enabling operation without access to mains power. It proves useful during camping, power cuts or emergencies, providing energy, light and information.
The housing is made from durable plastic resistant to impact and moisture. The solar panel is positioned at the back, above which are the buttons Next, Play/Pause, Previous, SOS Alert and Emergency Power Output Switch.
On the front are a tuning knob, speaker and frequency indicator, with function indicators placed above.
On the top there is a volume knob with a built-in compass, and on the side – a hand crank for generating energy.
The BAND, MODE, SET and LIGHT buttons control the radio, operating modes and torch. The layout of the elements has been designed to ensure comfortable handling even in demanding outdoor conditions.
The model covers a wide frequency range, allowing reception of stations on FM, AM, SW1–SW7 and WB (NOAA weather channels). The FM band lets you listen to local music and news stations, the AM band is suitable for long-range broadcasts, while SW1–SW7 shortwave bands provide access to international transmissions. The WB band delivers forecasts and weather warnings broadcast by meteorological services. Tuning can be manual or digital, and the built-in telescopic antenna ensures stable reception outdoors.
The device includes a White Noise function that plays seven natural sounds, such as waves, rain, crackling fire or wind. It helps relaxation, sleep and stress reduction both at home and outdoors.
The 120-lumen LED torch effectively illuminates the surroundings after dark or during power outages. The reflector produces a focused beam of light, making movement in the dark easier.
A SOS button activates a flashing light and an audible SOS alarm. The strong warning signal enables the user to call for help, increasing personal safety in emergencies.
The radio features a built-in 4000 mAh lithium-ion battery ensuring long operation without frequent recharging. It can be powered in three ways: via USB-C port, solar panel or hand-crank generator (dynamo). Turning the hand crank generates energy to charge the battery in emergencies, while the solar panel recharges it during the day, allowing radio use anywhere, far from the power grid.
The JB-08 includes a power bank function allowing you to charge mobile devices outdoors. The built-in 4000 mAh battery powers the USB-A port for connecting a phone, torch or other electronics. The radio is charged through the USB-C port, providing quick recharging. The device also features a microSD (TF) slot, 3.5 mm AUX input for wired audio sources and a Bluetooth 5.0 module for wireless sound playback from a phone or tablet. All ports are protected by a rubber cover against dust and moisture.
