Very good jacket for spring. Of course, the material is not resistant to contact with sharp or protruding objects, but it wasn't designed for that. It works perfectly for everyday use in the city or at work.
The light jacket is characterised by insulation and protection against cold, wind, and light rain. It is made from a nylon shell with a rip-stop weave, which makes it difficult to tear the material. The insulating element is Climashield Apex, which effectively prevents heat loss.
Two classic hip pockets, lined with fleece, can be used to protect hands from the cold. The chest pocket has compartments for electronic devices and a cable pass-through. The jacket is also equipped with an internal pocket.
A drawstring in the collar and an internal strip covering the zip - two-way YKK, provide additional protection against drafts.
Shoulder pockets contain velcro panels that allow the attachment of various patches and badges, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or so-called Morale Patches, to give the jacket a unique character.
The Wolfhound jacket is characterised by its light weight, and it can also be easily compressed and packed without risking losing its properties.

Camouflage Desert Night Camo
Desert Night Camo (DNC) is a specialist camouflage pattern designed by the US Army in the 1980s with the intent of being used during night operations in deserts. It was meant to be overlaid on other uniforms and used mainly in Desert Storm operations in the Persian Gulf. The pattern consists of grids of dark green squares and crosses on an olive-green background. Its main goal was to disrupt the functioning of early generations of enemy night vision equipment. Although in practice it did not fully meet expectations in suppressing images in night vision devices, it was an innovative approach to night-time camouflage.

A jacket that could have been perfect (cut, lightness, compactness, pockets, zips, thermal properties, effectiveness of the camo pattern) but has a huge flaw: the fabric has nothing to do with true ripstop; the slightest bramble thorn can tear it. A shame for an "outdoor" garment, especially as its camo pattern (Pencott Wildwood in this case) is intended for vegetated environments (in Europe that inevitably means brambles and other thorny plants).

Super warm yet comparatively lightweight jacket – perfect for cold days. The insulation works reliably even in damp conditions, and the fit is comfortable. Good craftsmanship and practical pockets make it my reliable outdoor companion.

Excellent blouson. I particularly appreciate it as I have previously bought the same one in military green, as well as the version with a hood! Folded and rolled into the small carrying bag that comes with it, it doesn't take up any space in your luggage when travelling and offers good insulation quality while being very light.

What more can be said? Arriving very, very quickly after my order, this jacket looks promising! As my size is between M and L, I decided to be safe and went for L. It turns out this is a wise choice if you want to wear it with a jumper or sweatshirt underneath. I haven't worn it outside yet, but indoors, I can already feel it keeps the warmth in well and the material is very pleasant. I'm seriously considering also getting the model with a hood :)

A convenient and high-quality jacket, very light, quite suitable for the off-season. The pockets are well placed. It comes with a compression bag, which is very convenient for storing and carrying it. Great jacket, no downsides.

The jacket works great both as an insulating layer and as a standalone outer garment – it's very warm and light. I always have it with me, as this is already my third jacket from this brand. In this version, in wz 93, there are Velcro fasteners on both sleeves. I definitely recommend it!

The Wolfhound without a hood is a great addition to your wardrobe for tougher weather conditions and a very good alternative to thick fleeces or softshells. The balance between weight, comfort and price is very attractive! In severe frost, however, I would choose the version with a hood as a standalone jacket. Ideally, have both versions – it’s hard to find a better product in this price range. I sincerely recommend it!

The Wolfhound jacket without a hood is a great addition to a softshell set and an excellent alternative to heavy fleeces. The ratio of insulation, weight and packability is at a very high level! The lack of a hood isn’t a problem if you put an additional softshell or hardshell layer on top. However, if you need a jacket for winter as a primary layer, I suggest choosing the version with a hood. Ideally, have both – it’s hard to find a better product in this price range. I definitely recommend it!

An excellent jacket, it takes up very little space and is very warm. It fits easily under a uniform sweatshirt and does not stick out. Ensures thermal comfort. Highly recommended.
-
I've never had such a good jacket – it insulates excellently from the cold at around -4 degrees. The very breathable material means you don’t need to take it off in warm interiors.
-
The jacket is nice, but unfortunately it was too short for me. At first I bought size M, but it turned out to be too small, so I chose size L – it was better, but I finally decided on a hooded model, which is longer and does not widen the chest.
-
I wear this compact jacket on cooler days, usually in the field I have it in my backpack packed in its cover. Even though it’s thin, it retains heat very well. With the right size, you can put a thicker layer underneath and it still doesn’t restrict your range of motion, which is very comfortable during a break.
-
A solid jacket, I don’t have any major complaints. However, the sizing is slightly smaller – if you’re between two sizes, it’s better to choose the larger one. The jacket’s material is soft, so it can be damaged easily by sharp surfaces, so it’s worth keeping this in mind.
-
The jacket looks unassuming – it’s light and thin, yet provides very good insulation and comfort when worn. I haven’t had the chance to test its waterproofness in the rain, but it retains heat very well, doesn’t restrict movement, and looks good even on a slim figure. The camouflage is also a big advantage.
