Helikon Swagman Roll Basic Poncho - Olive Green

Universal poncho with thermal insulation made from 100% polyester resistant to tears and water. The design inspired by the classic M65 jacket liner offers numerous usage possibilities, making it a practical piece of equipment during field activities. It can be used as a poncho, emergency jacket, light sleeping bag, blanket, or hammock underquilt, providing extra protection from the cold.

The interior of the Swagman Roll Basic contains a thick layer of synthetic insulation, enhancing thermal comfort.

long zip, adjustable hood

The design is based on the proven construction of the M65 jacket liner. The long zip allows for a quick transformation of the poncho into an improvised sleeping bag or an additional insulating layer. The adjustable hood and front buckle closure enable comfortable wearing of the product as a poncho or light protective jacket. When folded, the poncho measures 32 x 20 x 20 cm. The set includes a practical transport bag to facilitate carrying and storing the product.

    Excellent, used as an underquilt for a hammock on a night in the forest at around 6°C, it kept me warm and wrapped around the hammock well. Then used on a chilly morning as a poncho, then another night as a sleeping bag liner, perfect! It has become my essential trekking companion for self-sufficient trips, even though it takes up a bit of space in the bag, it's well worth it.

    The Swagman is very warm, I use it for sleeping in a hammock in summer. It takes up a lot of space in the backpack, but if you remove the compression bag, you can pack it in a way that leaves extra space. If you're short on time or space, you can also attach it to the outside of your backpack with a carabiner.
