Helikon Swagman Roll Basic Poncho - Olive Green

Universal poncho with thermal insulation made from 100% polyester resistant to tearing and water. The design, inspired by the classic M65 jacket liner, offers numerous usage possibilities, making it a practical piece of equipment for field activities. It can be used as a poncho, emergency jacket, lightweight sleeping bag, blanket, or liner for a hammock, providing additional protection against the cold.

The poncho is made of polyester, which is characterized by high resistance to tears and adverse weather conditions. The material minimizes moisture absorption and dries quickly, which is especially useful in variable environments. The interior of the Swagman Roll Basic features a thick layer of synthetic insulation that enhances thermal comfort.

long zipper, adjustable hood

The project is based on the proven design of the M65 jacket liner. The long zipper allows for quickly converting the poncho into an improvised sleeping bag or an additional insulating layer. An adjustable hood and front buckle closure enable comfortable wearing of the product as a poncho or a lightweight protective jacket. When packed, the poncho measures 32 x 20 x 20 cm. The set includes a practical transport bag that facilitates carrying and storing the product.

Then used on a cool morning as a poncho, then another night as a sleeping bag liner, perfect!     The Swagman is very warm, I use it for sleeping in a hammock in the summer. It takes up a lot of space in the backpack, but if you remove the compression sack, it can be packed in such a way that there is still some extra space left. If you are short on time or space, it can also be attached to the outside of the backpack with a carabiner.
