Fjord Nansen Svalbard 450 Goose XL Sleeping Bag 830 g – right

Sleeping bag designed for use in spring conditions. It offers thermal comfort at temperatures as low as -2°C for women (T-comfort) and -7°C for men (T-limit). The ergonomic mummy-type shape reduces the amount of space to be heated, resulting in increased thermal performance.

The filling is Polish goose down and feather in a ratio of 93+/7, protected with an additional hydrophobic layer. The 900 cuin down has exceptional compressibility, allowing the sleeping bag to be packed into a compact size.

The Svalbard model was sewn from durable 10D nylon with Rip-Stop weave, which provides excellent resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The material is finished with a WR (Water Repellent) water repellent layer to protect against moisture.

An additional insulating layer was sewn in the foot area, which increases thermal comfort while sleeping. The zipper is equipped with a down-filled trim, which effectively prevents heat loss and limits the entry of cold air. H-shaped chambers effectively eliminate the risk of “cold spots”, providing even insulation.

The Anti-Bite zipper, located on the right side, unzips at full length and is designed to prevent the zipper from jamming. A top hem provides extra thermal comfort on chilly nights. Loops allow you to attach a liner, so the liner stays in place when you leave the sleeping bag.

Shark fin shaped footbox allows for natural and comfortable foot placement. Duo double elastic straps allow easy loosening of the drawstrings without leaving the sleeping bag. Inside there is a practical pocket, ideal for small valuables.

The most important indicators, with which the limits and temperature ranges of sleeping bags are described, as a rule, are marked with values:

• T-max - the maximum temperature at which the average man of build is able, to sleep through the night without sweating excessively and not waking up because of the heat,
• T-comfort - the lowest temperature at which the average woman can sleep comfortably all night,
• T-limit - the lowest temperature at which the average man can sleep through the night.

It comes with a compression bag, which makes it easy to carry the sleeping bag efficiently.
