I haven't yet come across a Fjord product that has disappointed me – they really have very high quality.
The lightweight Fjord Nansen Roald jacket is made of Micropile Termic DWR fleece, which provides wind protection and guarantees high thermal comfort. Additionally, the material is finished with DWR technology, which reduces moisture absorption and improves the technical properties of the jacket.
Equipped with three YKK zipped pockets. It has reinforcing trimming on the shoulders and sleeves made of highly durable Dura Tec fabric. Drawstrings on the collar and at the bottom of the jacket protect the inside from moisture and cold. The sleeves are finished with soft piping.
Micropile Termic DWR is a modern fleece fabric coated with a layer of water-repellent substance. The special structure of the fabric wicks moisture away from the body, keeping the skin dry and warm. The fleece dries very quickly, is anti-allergenic, and does not cause allergies. It guarantees full protection against wind and light rain. Micropile Termic is crease-resistant and retains all its properties throughout its entire lifespan.

This is already my second pair of this model, so that's a big plus. Greetings from frosty Suwałki! Additionally, it's a product from a Polish manufacturer – I recommend it.

I bought this model again because the previous one proved itself during 6 years of intensive use in the mountains. Perfect for temperatures from 10 to 15 degrees, it works great as a jacket for walks. It keeps warmth very well, and combined with an anorak it's also suitable for winter in the mountains with the right layer underneath. It doesn't restrict movements and the reinforcements can handle even a heavy, 30-kilogram backpack.

It's more of a fleece than a jacket, but really pleasant and worth its price. After washing in the washing machine it got a bit bobbled, but that's my fault – it's better to use special detergents for washing. Overall, I recommend it.
