Fjord Nansen Finmark Mid Carnelian 1000 g Sleeping Bag - Left
Durable sleeping bag in Carnelian shade, with anatomically shaped mummy cut that supports comfortable body positioning and freedom of movement during sleep. Made from durable Rip-Stop polyester, featuring a reinforced outer shell and MICROFill Super-Therm insulation.
Temperatures and usage conditions
Finmark sleeping bag temperature ratings in accordance with EN 13537:
- T-comfort: 9 C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can comfortably sleep through the night,
- T-limit: 5 C – the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -9 C – the lowest temperature in which one can survive in the sleeping bag. Not recommended for regular use.
210T Rip-Stop polyester, polyamide lining
The outer layer is made from 210T Rip-Stop fabric, which resists abrasions and other mechanical damage, effectively preventing tears from spreading. The interior is lined with 190T polyamide. The bottom part of the sleeping bag is shaped like a footbox, adapting better to the natural position of the feet, reducing unnecessary space and improving thermal insulation in this zone. Inside, there is a small pocket for accessories and loops for attaching an additional insulating liner.
MICROfill Super-Therm filling
The inside is filled with lightweight and soft MICROfill Super-Therm synthetic insulation. The microfiber structure provides high loft and effective thermal insulation. The material maintains its insulating properties even after repeated washing.
Zipper on the left side, Anti-Bite system
The model features a two-way zipper on the left side, allowing quick opening from the top or bottom, making entry and exit easier. A fluorescent puller allows operation in the dark. The Anti-Bite system prevents fabric from getting caught in the zipper. Additionally, the zipper is secured with a thermal baffle. The ability to join it with another sleeping bag from the same series enhances the model’s functionality.
Integrated hood for cold protection, Duo drawcord
The built-in 3D hood significantly increases thermal insulation by closely wrapping the head and preventing heat loss. Its ergonomic shape also provides protection against wind and moisture. The Duo drawcord is a practical combination of elastic and webbing – the elastic around the neck allows the hand to be extended freely without adjusting the settings, while the webbing at the back enables quick loosening at a specific spot, which is especially useful in low-visibility conditions, such as at night.
Convenient transport and storage
Easy to carry and store. When packed, it measures 33 x 16 cm and weighs just 1000 g, making it a practical choice for your backpack without adding much weight.
