It’s a solid jacket. It clearly protects against the wind and – interestingly – deals quite well with rain. The waterproofing works as it should. The jacket is comfortable, covers the back too, very roomy pockets.

Camouflage DPM Desert
DPM Desert is a desert variant of the classic British camouflage DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material), developed in the 1980s in response to Britain's increasing involvement in military operations in the Middle East and other arid regions of the world. The pattern retains the characteristic arrangement of irregular patches known from the forest version, but the color scheme has been adapted for desert conditions. The typical so-called “two-tone desert” version used only two colors - light sand and brown - providing effective camouflage against a background of sand, rocks and scorched vegetation. There were also three-color versions, used in different periods and conditions. The DPM Desert was used extensively by the British Armed Forces during operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and in areas of North Africa.

It’s a decent jacket. It clearly protects against the wind and – a pleasant surprise – also does quite well in the rain. The waterproofing works great. The jacket is comfortable, covers the back well, and has very spacious pockets.

Encouraged by positive reviews, I bought the jacket. The condition is very good, the price is reasonable. I am 190 cm tall and have a 105 cm waist, I chose size 190/104. It’s a pity the trousers sold out – I hope they will be available again in my size.
-
I received my jacket parcel today and regret not buying it earlier. It’s perfect for trips, expeditions and the motorbike – everything fits in its pockets, so you don’t need a rucksack. It’s in stock condition, unworn, I really recommend it. I’m waiting for it to be available in woodland camouflage as well.

This jacket isn’t as legendary as the M65, but it’s still highly regarded. It has a well thought-out cut and conveniently placed pockets. The hood is large and has a wire in the peak. It protects well against wind and light rain. It’s a good compromise for various needs. PS. The pockets on this model can fit up to 10 cans of beer!

This is already a cult jacket, though the camouflage is more urban. Professional stitching, buttons on tape, large hood with wire, excellent and very capacious pockets (they hold about 10 cans of beer). It handles light rain and wind well, and at the same time you don’t sweat in it.

Original military jacket in DPM! Very durable, practical and comfortable – great for wearing in tough conditions. It has an adjustable hood, pockets and a place for patches. The quality of the surplus is at a high level.
-
Great jacket, a bit bigger, but that's not a problem – there’s room for a sweatshirt underneath. Label says 180/104, my measurements are 185/105 and the size is appropriate. As usual, express shipping – 12 hours after ordering the courier delivered the package. Best wishes to the Militari team.

The size matches the description, the cut is rather loose and the sizing comes up slightly bigger, these aren’t tight trousers. The reinforcement on the edge of the hood is very useful. Very solid quality – a great offer at this price.

Very good jacket, I am 185 cm tall and nearly 100 kg. Size 180/96 fits perfectly, as if it was tailored for me, I have no trouble fitting a thick fleece underneath. It will be great for colder days and doesn't restrict movement at all. The sleeves are just right, the cuffs, pockets and length provide good protection from the wind. The jacket arrived new, folded in a bag, had a slight warehouse smell, but it disappeared after a day on the balcony.

I am 178 cm tall and have a 112 cm chest, I ordered the largest available size and I think it’s very comfortable. When you need to put something warmer underneath, there’s plenty of room to move freely. It perfectly covers the holster at the EDC belt by Solognac. I prefer looser jackets, so for me it works more like a parka. I intend to test it in the mountains.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I have to. I ordered a jacket in size 180/96, but I received a completely different one, much larger (probably 196/104). Ignoring the shop's obvious mistake (the return was hassle-free), I’d like to share some thoughts about the sizing – I also ordered the same jacket in desert camouflage. I am 176 cm tall with a 104 cm chest, and 170/96 or even 170/88 fits me best because British uniforms have about 10 cm of room. The 170/96 jacket is around 126 cm under the arms and the sleeves are just right, not too wide. I hope this helps someone with their purchase, as at this price it’s a pity not to buy, and the military quality speaks for itself. I recommend it!

I am 176 cm tall and have a 104 cm chest, I ordered the available size 180/96, but the jacket was clearly too big, so I returned it. I bought the 170/96 again and this time the size is right. The jacket is great, although still quite loose (measured under the arms 128 cm compared to the declared 96 cm). Of course, you need space under the jacket for an extra layer. The advantages of the jacket and the description have already been listed by previous reviewers – I agree with them. I don’t completely understand the purpose of the stiffened hood, but I’ll check that. I’ll test the jacket in autumn, although it’s not made for heatwaves.

It’s a shame the jacket isn’t made of Gore-Tex... But apart from that it’s very well cut, has an excellent pocket layout, is comfortable, has a wire in the hood which effectively protects your face from water. It stops the wind very well, and though it gets soaked during heavy rain, its water resistance is really a positive surprise. I recommend it – a classic model that stands the test of time.

This jacket is for real enthusiasts. New, carefully packed. It has very practical and roomy pockets. There is plenty of possibility for adjustment. The cut is loose and functional, so it’s not a fashion model, but perfect for everyday use. The quality is very good.
