This is a solid jacket. Clearly protects against wind and – interestingly enough – handles rain quite well. The water-repellent works as it should. The jacket is comfortable, also covers the back, very roomy pockets.

Camouflage DPM Desert
DPM Desert is a desert variant of the classic British camouflage DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material), created in the 1980s to address Britain's growing participation in military activities in the Middle East and other arid regions across the globe. The pattern preserves the distinctive arrangement of irregular patches seen in the forest version, but its color palette has been modified for desert environments. The typical "two-tone desert" version employed only two colors—light sand and brown—to provide effective concealment against sand, rocks, and scorched plant backgrounds. Additionally, three-color versions were used at various times and under different conditions. The DPM Desert saw extensive use by the British Armed Forces in operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and North African regions.

This is a solid jacket. It clearly protects against wind and – to my pleasant surprise – also secures quite well against rain. The water-repellent treatment works great. The jacket is comfortable, covers the back well, and the pockets are very spacious.

Encouraged by the positive reviews, I bought the jacket. The condition is very good and the price is reasonable. I am 190 cm tall and have a 105 cm waist, I picked size 190/104. It's a pity the pants were sold out – I hope they will appear again in my size.

I received the jacket shipment today and regret not buying it earlier. It's perfect for trips, expeditions, and motorcycles – everything fits in its pockets, so a backpack is unnecessary. Warehouse condition, unused, I really recommend it. I'm waiting for it to be available in forest camouflage as well.

This jacket is not as legendary as the M65, but it is well respected. It has a well-thought-out cut and convenient pocket placement. The hood is large and features a wire in the visor. It protects well against wind and light rain. It's a successful compromise between different requirements. PS. You can fit up to 10 cans of beer in this model's pockets!

This is already a cult jacket, although the camouflage is more urban. Professional stitching, buttons on tapes, large hood with wire, excellent and very roomy pockets (can fit about 10 cans of beer). It copes well with light rain and wind, and you don't sweat in it.

Original military jacket in DPM! Very durable, practical and comfortable – great for wearing in tough conditions. It has an adjustable hood, pockets, and room for patches. The surplus quality is top-notch.

Great jacket, a bit larger, but that’s not a problem – there’s room for a sweatshirt underneath. Tag says 180/104, my measurements are 185/105 and the size fits well. As usual, express delivery – 12 hours after ordering, the courier delivered the package. Greetings to the Militari team.

The size matches the description, the cut is rather looser, the sizing runs larger, these are not tight pants. The reinforcement on the hood edge is very useful. Very solid workmanship – a great offer for this price.

Very good jacket, I’m 185 cm tall and almost 100 kg. Size 180/96 fits perfectly, like it was tailored for me, and I have no problem fitting a thick fleece underneath. It’s great for colder days and doesn’t restrict movement at all. The sleeves, drawstrings, pockets, and length provide good wind protection. The jacket arrived new, folded in a bag, had a slight warehouse smell, but it disappeared after a day on the balcony.

I'm 178 cm tall and have a 112 cm chest; I ordered the largest available size and I find it to be very comfortable. When you need to wear something warmer underneath, there's plenty of room to move freely. It perfectly covers the EDC holster on a Solognac belt. I prefer looser jackets, so for me, it serves more like a parka. I plan to test it in the mountains.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I have to. I ordered a 180/96 jacket and received a completely different one, much larger (I think 196/104). Aside from the obvious mistake by the store (the return went smoothly), I’d like to share my thoughts on sizing – I also ordered the same jacket in desert camouflage. I am 176 cm tall with a 104 cm chest, and 170/96 or even 170/88 fits me best, because British uniforms have about 10 cm room to spare. The 170/96 jacket has about 126 cm underarm circumference, and the sleeves are just right, not too wide. I hope this helps someone when shopping, because at this price it’s a shame not to get it, and the military quality speaks for itself. I recommend it!

I am 176 cm tall and have a 104 cm chest, I ordered available size 180/96, but the jacket was clearly too large, so I returned it. I bought 170/96 again and this time the size is right. The jacket is great, although it is still quite loose (measured under the arms 128 cm for a declared 96 cm). Of course, you need room for an extra layer under the jacket. The advantages of the jacket and description have already been mentioned – I agree with them. I do not quite understand the purpose of the hood stiffening, but I'll check that. I’ll test the jacket in autumn, although it’s not intended for hot weather.

It's a pity the jacket isn't made of Gore-Tex... But besides that, it's well cut, has an excellent pocket layout, is comfortable, and has a wire in the hood that effectively protects the face from water. It blocks wind very well, and although it gets soaked in heavy rain, its water resistance is surprisingly good. I recommend it – a classic model that stands on its own.

This jacket is for true enthusiasts of the subject. New and carefully packed. It has very practical and spacious pockets. Lots of adjustment options. The fit is loose and functional, so this is not a jacket for showing off, but for daily use. Excellent workmanship.
