5.11 A/T Elite MID GTX Boots - Black
Durable black boots designed for intensive use. The upper is made of durable polyester mesh, protected by a hydrophobic DWR coating, which increases protection against moisture. The model is equipped with a waterproof Gore-Tex membrane, making it perfect for work in uniformed services, as well as city or outdoor footwear.
DWR coated mesh, Gore-Tex membrane, 3D TPU Welds technology
The upper is made of polyester mesh, which moulds itself to the shape of the foot, ensuring efficient air circulation and high wearing comfort. The material is made of at least 45% recycled raw materials and has a durable DWR coating. The integrated Gore-Tex membrane guarantees wind and water resistance while allowing effective moisture wicking from the inside of the boots.
The boots design is based on 3D TPU Welds technology, which consists in thermoplastic joining of elements with polyurethane. This method allows elimination of classic seams, which results in lower weight, better integrity and increased resistance to mechanical damage.

Vibram flexible and durable soles, designed according to ASTM standards, guarantee stable movement on any terrain. It provides excellent cushioning, and its non-slip texture and deep tread ensure very good traction, even on wet or slippery surfaces. The model also features a dual-density PU midsole, which effectively absorbs shocks while walking, while providing maximum support for the foot.
A.T.L.A.S 2.0 system
The boots also feature the modern A.T.L.A.S. 2.0, which combines an ergonomically designed insole with a built-in stabilisation plate. This technology has been developed to best match the natural movement of the foot. The system provides greater stability, effective cushioning and energy return during movement, reducing fatigue and increasing comfort for long periods of time.

The dual-zone lacing system allows for a precise fit, and the properly sewn-in tongue prevents sand, dust or other debris from getting inside the boots. A small loop has been sewn at the back of the upper to make it easier to put on and take off the boots.
