A blend of nutritious gluten-free oat flakes, coconut drink, chia seeds, and mountain berries creates an ideal meal for those who appreciate flavorful and satisfying food. As with all LYOFOOD meals, the preparation is very quick and incredibly easy.

Freeze-drying

The freeze-drying process involves vacuum dehydrating food items at extremely low temperatures (-50°C). This advanced technology ensures that freeze-dried meals are both nutritious and high in calories, perfectly catering to the demands of extreme sports such as climbing, high-altitude trekking, sailing, and various forms of summer and winter tourism. These meals are favored by polar explorers, travelers, and professional athletes on expeditions and at camps.

    I definitely recommend Lyofood's bigosik. It has many advantages – it's lightweight, so it's easy to pack, it's prepared in no time, and the taste is really very good. Of course, it's not the same as homemade bigos, but it works great while hiking.
