The inserts work well as knee protectors and fit the Polish uniform. I haven’t had the chance to test them in trousers with the dedicated openings for such inserts.

Protective inserts for knees and elbows designed for use with uniforms. They are made of durable polymer and soft EVA foam. They protect the joints from shock and mechanical damage. The design of the inserts provides great freedom of movement and allows comfortable bending of knees and elbows.
