I ordered the knee pads mainly for my Woodsman pants. Overall, I am very satisfied, especially in wet and cold weather—they effectively prevent the trousers from getting soaked through to the skin when kneeling and also protect well against cold wind. However, as soon as it gets warmer, you quickly start to sweat around the knee pad area.

I use these pads in my Helikon UTP trousers made of PolyCotton Rip-Stop material and I am satisfied, I can recommend them. Trousers with pads are very practical because they allow you to kneel without worrying about your knees.
-
The inserts are made from good material, they are perfect for training and for the field, have quite a large protection area if you can say so, and are comfortable in terms of flexibility and durability—excellent.
-
These knee pads are an absolute must-have at the shooting range. I can't imagine taking part in an airsoft game without them. They have protected my knees many times and will definitely make sure I come back without bruises again and again. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
-
Helikon protective pads are a classic among accessories. They easily fit most Helikon trousers with an internal knee pocket. They are lightweight, do not cause discomfort, are discreet, and provide appropriate comfort in use. Highly recommended.
-
I bought the protective inserts for the Helikon Woodsman Pants – they make a good impression and are well made! My absolute recommendation to buy.
-
I bought protective inserts for Helikon Hybrid Outback DuraCanvas trousers intended for trekking. For now, I haven't trimmed or used them yet, but they seem to be well made and will probably increase wearing comfort. We'll see over time how long they last. ;)
-
The inserts are mainly used to improve comfort when kneeling, rather than for actual protection against injuries, although it's better to have them in case of a fall than not ;) They do not provide ventilation, so your knees will sweat on warmer days. Putting them into the pockets of UTP trousers is a bit difficult.
-
These are my first knee pads, so I'm not an expert. It takes a bit of effort to put them on properly over your knees. Walking with them feels a bit unusual—you can feel their weight, although it's minor. However, when kneeling, they're very comfortable and serve their purpose well.
-
Switching from standing to kneeling, even on a hard floor, hardly causes any discomfort. Once they protected me from an injury at work. They are a bit difficult to insert and it takes time to get them to sit well, but it's really worth it.
-
Standard foam protectors. Suitable for basic knee protection and fit Helikon trousers well. Unfortunately, they absorb water easily and in hot weather your knees will sweat.
-
The inserts fit great in Helikon UTP trousers, and after a slight trim – even better. They don't move during work, so there's no need to adjust them before kneeling. The foam is the right thickness, providing comfort but not getting in the way.
-
The pads are very useful. They arrive quite large, so you can easily trim them to fit your own trousers. They fit perfectly into Helikon UTP trousers, and their thickness is a good compromise between functionality and appearance.
-
The inserts are really great. Thanks to the appropriate thickness they provide comfort when kneeling, which is important with my injured knee. Additionally, they do not stand out, even when you're just wearing the trousers. I recommend them to everyone.
-
6 mm neoprene inserts are a proven choice for the shooting range and climbing. Their universal fit for various trouser models is an asset – they are really comfortable and practical.
