A 13cm-long boning knife designed to accurately separate meat from bones, the knife will work well in professional kitchens as well as in meat processing. The curved, flexible blade makes it easy to cut and manoeuvre with precision.
Flexible stainless steel blade
The blade uses carbon-chromium-molybdenum steel, which has good wear resistance and a hardness of 58 HRC. The stainless steel retains its properties even with intensive use, and the curved edge allows precise cutting. The flexible design allows free manoeuvring during cutting.
Ergonomic yellow polyamide handle
The polyamide handle (PA6) with a non-slip surface increases grip security and improves work safety. The bright yellow colour makes the tool easy to locate, reducing the risk of it being lost among other accessories. Ergonomic contoured design reduces hand fatigue and provides greater control even in demanding conditions. The ability to be sterilised at up to 120 deg. and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
