The original Swiss rescue pocket knife, tested by the Swiss fire department, among others. Awarded the knife of the year title at the 2007 IWA International Knife Award.

An excellent rescue knife. One-handed main blade and an additional blade for cutting fibrous materials, which can also be opened with one hand. The glass breaker is easy to use. In addition, it has a special function - a saw for cutting glued glass, which distinguishes it from rescue knives of other manufacturers, because I have not met such a function among other knives for rescue purposes. An additional advantage is that the glass striker and the ball can be easily replaced in case of wear. A luminescent frame that glows for a long time is also a good addition, plus a sturdy case. Solid workmanship as befits Victorinox and the choice of functions well thought out. I would recommend to any driver and of course recommend the Victorinox brand :)

Perfect tool, I was considering scissors but this knife seems more versatile. Sizable so can be used with gloves. I pooh-poohed it when I had to cut the sleeve of an unconscious person in security late in the day and the sliding scissors came apart on him. The lining is fluorescent so it's easy to find in the dark. On the plus side, one-handed opening is also easy to open with tactical gloves. I recommend

Phenomenal pocket knife, fortunately I did not have the opportunity to use the rescue functions, but it works well in the outdoors. The glass saw is also suitable for wood, the glass breaker - spark flint, the belt blade - fish scraping, and the main blade - I was concerned about the serrated edge but that's behind me and I won't go back to the standard victorinox edge.
