Victorinox Rangergrip 55 Pocket Knife

The penknife generally has very good quality. Sometimes it replaces my smaller Spartan. The only downside is the lack of a lock on the 5mm screwdriver (in the Spartan model there are two noticeable resistance points). Other than that, everything is fine.

An excellent penknife, high-quality steel, all tools are perfectly sharp, and the main blade lock works flawlessly. It works great in the forest, at camp, or while fishing – and it looks good too.

This is the largest Victorinox on the market. If someone needs a large knife and a saw, this is the ideal choice. Definitely worth the investment, this tool does the job and does it very well. I recommend it to everyone, it's a very good piece of equipment.

This is the largest Victorinox in my collection. It's hard to carry it in your trouser pocket, but it's great. It has a large, sharp blade and several useful tools. I recommend it.

I've had it for a few years and it works perfectly. The long blade copes with the kitchen without issue, and the saw easily cuts through 5-centimetre wooden blocks. The lock works smoothly and I've never accidentally pressed it. I recommend it!

I've had it for about 5 years now. Thanks to the long blade it's more versatile than standard penknives, and it has a clever and sturdy lock. The saw is quite long and very sharp, so it comes in handy often. You can safely take it abroad (the thumb-opening version is not always allowed in Europe).

It's really a large penknife and therefore not cheap, but it's worth it – the quality and size make using it very satisfying.

The penknife was created from a Wenger company design, which Victorinox bought in 2005. They put on their own logo and sell it under their brand, like other Rangergrips. The penknife has a long ricasso, which has its advantages. The handle is shaped and partially rubberised, which improves ergonomics. I recommend it, even though it isn't a 'true Victorinox'.

The product doesn't fully match the description – it's missing the bottle opener lock, but other than that everything is flawless. Victorinox as always is solid and durable.

It's like a bigger equivalent of the Victorinox 91 mm. As always, excellent quality, very sharp and comfortable. Perfect for the forest or fishing.
