This is the first Victorinox tool I've been disappointed by. The blades look as if they've been ground with a file. The clippers break nails rather than cut them. Overall appearance—if it weren't for the Victorinox logo—resembles cheap tools from a market stall. The only plus is the shop's very fast dispatch.
