This is truly an excellent chef's knife. The handle stays dry thanks to the slightly grainy finish and does not slip during use. The grip is well contoured, resistant to wear, and very solid. The blade cuts very well, and Victorinox steel stays sharp for a long time and is easy to sharpen. I definitely recommend buying it!

In my opinion, this is the most universal knife for everything, the size is ideal; 25 cm is too much for me for everyday use, and this one works perfectly for both vegetables and meat. Fantastic handle, high blade, great ergonomics – I recommend it.
