    Very good knife. This is already my second purchase of this model. Previously, I bought the 25 cm version, which works great for various kitchen tasks. This one is smaller but just as effective. I highly recommend it. The knife is easy to sharpen and cuts perfectly. You can use it to slice ham into very thin, even slices.
