Trec Vitamin D3 with magnesium 60 capsules

A dietary supplement from Trec in capsule form consisting of a combination of highly absorbable vitamin D3 and magnesium citrate. Optimal levels of these two micronutrients support the maintenance of healthy bones and the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles.

Vitamin D helps with calcium and phosphate metabolism, supports the proper functioning of the immune system and helps maintain healthy bones and teeth. With adequate sunlight, humans produce vitamin D in the skin on their own and it is sufficient enough that it is not necessary to get it from additional sources. Its amount is subject to seasonal fluctuations and in a temperate climate zone for about half of the year it is too small for the human skin, to produce enough of it on its own. Magnesium is involved in numerous processes in the body, including supporting the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system. The use of magnesium in the dietary supplement in the form of chelated magnesium citrate contributes to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness.

Directions for use:
Take a single serving of the product - 1 capsule, wash down with 300 ml of water. Use once a day, preferably immediately after the main meal.
