500D IRR Cordura construction
The Modular Hip Bag model is made of strong 500D Cordura. The fabric is characterised by increased resistance to abrasion and tearing, and also perfectly counteracts detection by residual light amplifiers (night vision devices).
3 spacious pockets
The bag comes with a large-capacity main compartment designed for personal belongings. Inside, there is a Velcro panel compatible with the MOLLE system. There is an additional flat pocket on the inside, and a smaller pocket for small items on the front of the bag. All compartments are closed with durable zips.
Carrying system, durable buckle
A fully adjustable 25 mm hip belt, secured by a sturdy buckle, guarantees comfort and stability. At the top of the bag, there are hooks for attaching directly to MOLLE-compatible equipment.

In reality, the waist bag is extremely practical. The main compartment easily fits a wallet and phone, and your keys – as long as it's not a large bunch – can be stored in the small front pocket. There is also a back compartment, which easily accommodates a sizeable multitool without affecting wearing comfort. The only drawback I found is the size of the zipper pulls – they were too large for me, so I decided to make them smaller.

After opening it, I had mixed feelings... The rounded base limits the possibility of stowing a wallet or notebooks, but the height of the bag slightly improves the situation. It's worth considering this before buying. The quality of the workmanship and the colours are at a very high level. The lack of an organiser inside makes you wonder about its practicality. The bum bag is mainly suitable for storing small, loosely thrown EDC items.
