Cordura 700 is the ideal choice between the lighter 500 from Helikon and the heavier 1000 from Wisport. Both the material and the zips or buckles seem solid and high quality. The solution with attaching the pockets closer to the back may not appeal to everyone, but it does make it easier to adjust the backpack to your back, even if a camelbak or laptop is situated more to the outside. Although the main zips are not waterproof, the wide strips secure the contents well. A disadvantage may be the velcro/MOLLE panel divided into two sections of two rows each – mounting a wider 3-4-column pocket may be harder because of the gap.

The 23-liter tactical backpack is made of durable and abrasion-resistant 700D Cordura, and features Laser Cut panels on the front - laser-cut holes that comply with the MOLLE/PALS standard. It is compatible with a hydration system.
The main compartment also features D-Rings, a Laser Cut panel and velco (Velcro) for attaching additional organizers. In addition, the interior is designed to safely carry a laptop with a maximum size of 15.4″. There is a roomy unzipped pocket on the front of the compartment.
The front of the backpack features a velcro panel that can be used to mount patches, and a flat external zippered pocket. In addition, it is equipped with detachable compression straps that allow you to adjust its size to the gear you carry.
There is a soft, contoured foam padding on the harness for high comfort. The model is also equipped with a chest strap.

Very well-made backpack – durable material and reliable zips. It is spacious, looks good, and is very comfortable to wear.

Outstanding backpack. It can be easily adapted to individual needs, allowing for virtually full customisation of the interior. The compression straps can be removed or replaced with others, depending on your needs. The backpack is also lighter than competing models and cheaper than products from DA or 5.11. Tatonka's expertise is evident in how comfortably it sits on the back and how simple the adjustment is. Additionally, despite its tactical functionality, it looks very elegant. I give it 12 out of 10.
