Kitchen sharpener that allows you to adjust the sharpening angle of the knife from 15 to 25 degrees. It is equipped with two sharpening slots. The first one with tungsten carbide is used for pre-sharpening the blade. The second slot with ceramic rods is for finishing and polishing.
